I haven’t been able to log in to Diabo on my PS5 for hours. My boyfriend who I co-game with is able to log into his account, but since we suddenly got kicked out after changing world tires, I have not been able to log in. We have ofc restarted the console and even re installed Diablo. I’m out of options. What to do?
This was in the patch notes:
- Fixed an issue where the player could get stuck if trying to leave the game while changing difficulty.
Sounds related, maybe file a support ticket?
I must be an idiot, no matter how hard I try to figure out how to post a ticket about this issue , I can’t seem to figure out how to get support for ps5 ![]()

It’s not a console issue, it’s an account issue. So try to flag it differently.
If that doesn’t work, hopefully someone from Blizzard will read this thread.
