Cold Enchanted still in NMDs?

Um I thought Cold Enchanted was supposed to have been removed from NMDs in 1.1.1?:

  • The following Nightmare Dungeon affixes have been removed:
    • Resource Burn
    • Backstabbers
    • Empowered Elites (Cold Enchanted)

Edit: Actually ignore that, I guess they removed the affix from the sigils that makes all elites Cold Enchanted, but that doesn’t mean you still can’t get Cold Enchanted mobs in the dungeons.

I think the change only affects sigils that are created or dropped in the new patch.
Any that are already in your bags will still have the cold enchanted affix.

Yeh having thought about it more I agree I think the change is only to the affix that you can get on the sigils, i.e. the one that can make all elites have Cold Enchanted.

You can still encounter Cold Enchanted mobs in dungeons and the overworld, just a random chance I guess.
