Constant BSOD with RX 7900 XTX with the new patch

Diablo IV crashes every time I try to launch the game:
1-Blizzard and Diablo IV logos appear.
2-It tries to login
3-Crashes
Sometimes, I manage to get to character selection and can play a day, another day cant go trough the login screen.

Here is video about the problem:
BSOD at the end

I have updated drivers (Adrenalin 23.7.1), updated chipset, updated game, repaired game, reinstalled win10, upgraded win 11, clean installed win 11. Runed sfc /scannow. Disabled all startup apps. As you can see in the video.

These are the specs of my PC (it’s a high-end PC):

-CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X.
-GPU: Sapphire RX 7900 XTX .
-Motherboard: ASUS TUF X570 Plus.
-RAM: 2x16GB Kingston HyperX Fury RGB DDR4 3200Mhz.
-Storage: (3) WD RED 5T Aurous NVME SSD 500 GB Sammsung EVO 850 1T
-PSU: Corsair HX1000i Platinum.
-Case: NZXT
-Main monitor: BenqRL2455

The problem first appeared when the new patch came with the new content, before that i did not had any issue with the game. Other games work without a problem. No carashes no BSOD. Can someone aprove that something is wrong with the game if you have AMD components in your computer. I have warranty for my computer parts so if someone can prove that the problem is with my rig im gladly return it to the seller.

Update1:
Got an error message:
Battle.net.exe Application Error

Hi! Same for me I have a RTX 3070. Given up on this problem and playing on my old card AMD R9 380X with lowest settings and much lag. At least I can play season 1. I also had a problem that my graphiccard didnt booted up properly after black screened in diablo so I had to manually take it out from my pc and let it rest for a while.
