Constant crashes in D4

Hey guys,

I recently started D4 again after season 1 and now I’m getting constant crashes on my PC client. Every 30 mins to an hour. On my switch it works fine.
I tried updating the drivers, no avail. I tired also the “-disableds” argument in the client, but it still continues to crash.
Anyone has similar issues? It’s very annoying as it happens almost every time I’m about to finish a dungeon.

Also to add I’m getting the Blizzard popup window to send or close every time it crashes. Does not freeze immediate crash and that window pops up.

Have the same problem here…And i can’t open a ticket still…

Same thing here as well. For me the problems started after the 1.3.5-patch. Tried the -disableds argument, but that didn’t help. Some posts suggests it’s a virtual memory problem and that changing the swap file in Windows should help. But since I’m playing through Geforce Now I don’t have access to change this.

same here half an hour up to 1 and crash incoming mostly when I engage teleport…

Same here and its on both Xbox and pc

Find a LocalPrefs.txt file, seems on C-drive files Diablo IV folder delete it restart game and game makes new one no more crashing.

I also got lots of crashes after the new RT patch. When reading thru the debug file, it seems like the GFX suddenly are reported as missing…!

The crashes occur randomly. Also, the framerate are much more variable and unstabil than before. Resolution: 4K, settings High, no RT, max FPS:144.

RTX 4070, i7 3960X, 32 Gb RAM, game stored on 1 TB m.2 SSD.

Exactly the same issue… Quite frequently the game crashes especially when using Teleport to another location in the game… Is there a patch soon to fix this? Latest Report ID I got C5535733-FD62-4627-9DDE-058EDE851384

Game crashes after teleporting, message run out of memory (16gb), tomorrow 48gb, lets see what happens.

Try turning on powersaver fixed it for me

Becoming bit unplayable now, still constantly crashing.
