Constant frame drop

I have a constant frame drop which kicks in after about 5 - 10 minutes of play, game becomes unplayable, dropping to 2- 5 fps.
Ive a pc that can handle the game well over 80 - 90 fps with 32gb ddr5 6000mhz ram.
The only way i can proceed is if i restart the game.
All drivers and updates are up to date.
