constantly freezing when i try to go to a dif screen open vendors etc it never happened to me in all the betas ive updated everything please help also seems like it just happens when duo when im alone its fine so guessing its a server issue and not my hardware?

In the same boat here, game runs buttery smooth at 60 fps, 4k, ultra (DLSS Quality, NOT using the high resolution assets as they’re still downloading) on my 2080ti.
However - everytime I launch the game and open a UI element for the first time or occasionally after a loading screen (Inventory, profile, vendor, stash, wardrobe, abilities, esc menu, etc) I get a 20-30 second lock-up where the game just freezes and CPU and GPU drop to idle.
This is all solo (haven’t tried in a party yet) and i’ve tried most of the ‘workarounds’ i’ve found on the forums so far.
RTX 2080ti, i9-9900k, 32GB 3600Mhz RAM, Windows 10, running everything on 2x m.2 NVMe 2TB SSD’s in RAID0, GPU and CPU are watercooled. - Latest windows updates, latest driver updates, etc

Yes same issue here. Inventory opens okay, but every other attempt at opening a UI element (Y or A for example) freeze the game completely and it doesn’t recover. Never experienced this in the free weekend beta with older video driver. Prompted by game to update driver, installed nVidia 535.xx (for GTX1080). Outside of this, game runs beautifully.
Edit: I am also in Australia.
