I am constantly being disconnected. Also lost some gear because of it. Really annoying.

Yea, same for me, constants disconnects and FPS drops and desyncs with servers
Me too. So irritating. Restarted modem. Checked that I had newest GPU driver. Crossplay unchecked. Still losing connection.
