I hate whoever made corpse tendrils the crit ability. Whoever made that decision needs to be fired, it should have been bone prison instead…
For one, tendrils is way more supportive for minions since it doesn’t body block them and offers screen wide cc, which is already ridiculously strong. Meanwhile you’d assume prison would be way better for “ranged” shooting playstyles such as bonespear, etc. since it additionaly offers protection by literally caging main threats. Them mixing the two skills up is just sacriligious imo. and this can never be balanced out properly unless they remove the grasping veins aspect
Grasping Veins instead shouldave been;
“Caged Prey” - after casting bone prison gain + X crit chance for 6 seconds, also gain X crit dmg vs any target inside the prison, as long as no segment of it has been broken.
This would have also balanced bonespear etc. way better since bosses such as lillith couldave just had anti prison skills, just like the Butcher has. Corpse Tendril as of now has no counterplay, way to many benefits and is one of the main reasons as to why Necromancer is as strong as it is!
