J2 unable to join on ps5 ???

Same issue, both of us have bought d4 and none of us can join in local coop :confused: anyone found the solution to this problem?

Looking through this, both players need to have a battle.net account and their Playstation / Xbox account linked to Battle.net. Could you please all check if that is the case here?

Same here. PS5 main profile brought the game and 2nd local cop profile with battlenet account joined.
Doesn’t initiate, it seems that as you press options button it tries, but, nothing.
Exit the game and after the queue waiting, tried and the same.
A pain, really hope it fixes cause we have been waiting and bought the product before with this intention.

Im trying for a few hours to join my friend and play couch coop. Both have bought diablo IV, both have connected accounts ps-battle net. paid ps+. We tried to quit game and turn it back on and after a 1h que it changes nothing. Please let us know if there is anything we can do as we planned to play today and tomorrow for a few hours :sweat_smile::pray: as for now only one of us is able to play :unamused:

My first post, was just a very basic sanity check, as if I just forwarded it without it I’d have been asked exactly that. As some players already confirmed it didn’t help, I could safely pass it on.

For now, please be patient until I hear more on this.

I think we sorted the problem as the second player could have join now. The first player reached lvl 6 and entered to the town (provably finished prologue quest?).

Validated both have battle.net accounts and linked to PS 5 accounts. Prompt comes up for player 2 but nothing happens.

Same for us on the PS5. Primary account on bnet is “Ahad#11423”, second player trying to join is me (i was just playing on pc, so definitely have access).

Can anyone confirm that after completing the prologue (main character at level 6) the 2nd player can join?

I think we just had luck. We relog so I could catch up and finish prologue on the second char but it doesnt let p2 to join. Maybe the second player acc is in the queue :thinking:

We have the same problem. Both battle.net accounts are connected but player 2 is unable to join the game.

If pressing „leave game“ a warning appears “The operation was cancelled. (Code: 300010)”
After that warning, a text in the right bottom corner says „P2 is connected. Press options to join”. If P2 presses the options button the text in the corner disappears, but nothing happens.

If we do not press options, the text in the right bottom corner „P2 is connected. Press options to join” remains. However, if we then press “leave game” the Warning 300010 does not appear.

I hope this helps somehow.

Same Problem here. Now we try another way. The second Player Starts the Game new. Plan After queue is to Generate an character. Maybe we have issues to load an non existing char?

We will give feedback…

Friends, it works. After a while in the first city you could activate the altar of Lilith. Then appeared that the 2nd player could join. Now the game can begin!
