Since I purchased diablo IV I’ve had this horrible crackle sound. I set it to stereo and it has not let up, the only solution was just to turn the sound off. I tried all other options and nothing seems to fix the crackle sound.

i play on a Xbox One S All-Digital 1TB, my first D4 game today 25.03.2023 and i realy like it BUT i have the same problem, the Crackling Sound makes it impossible to dive into the game … with more enemys to fight the Crackling Sound gets worse and worse. I couldn´t solve the problem
I have this problem on Xbox One X but only when i attack multiple enemies in the same time. It’s annoying af. In addition, if a lot is happening on the screen, the FPS drops incredibly, making it impossible to play,
