Crashes and freezes at any UI action

Hi, my game is being very laggy, stuttering and freezing from season 2. It does not matter what graphic settings I choose the game keeps freezing and crashing at every UI action: I open friend list = freeze for 5/10 seconds, I open inventory = freeze, I teleport to town = freeze for 10 seconds, I open game menu with ESC = permanent freeze that only alt+f4 seems to solve. I’ve reinstalled the game twice, repaired it, updated drivers for every component in my PC, as well as the system itself. Everything is restarted, reinstalled, repaired and updated but Diablo 4 seems to not work properly still, it generates frustration and makes me wanna uninstall it forever. If you need any logs from my side, please send me an instruction how to get them, I will provide you with everything you need, just make the game playable PLEASE

I have every crossplay setting turned off, it didn’t solve the issue at all

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
nVidia geforce RTX 2070 Super
16gb of DDR4 RAM
1.5TB SSD

I have a similar problem. Today my second character on hardcore mode died because of this. I opened my inventory and clicked on the vampire skills tab. The screen froze for about 15 seconds. After it froze, I was dead. And this freezing effect has been constant since season 2.

I’m having the exact same issue, toon has died a couple of times, luckily not on hardcore.

Game is unplayable for me.

Tried the font size change, lowering settings and nothing works

I had tried almost everything suggested in the forums, but one thing that eventually solved my freezing problem. I uninstalled NVIDIA latest drivers and installed these from August 22nd and the problem went away completely! I don’t know what Blizzard broke in the latest patch, but this solution seems to work.
