Crashing after 30 sec

My game has been crashing in queue and straight after i get through queue for the last 9 hours. I haven’t even managed to make myself a hero yet.
I do not get an error code.

It says unexpected and then gives me a report id. So i have got nothing to tell.
My screen freezes, and sometimes i have to shut down the computer manually because that can deepfreeze.

I have tried:
Performed clean install of New gpu driver, then an older, then back to newest.
All kinds of drivers motherboard etc.
Flashed BIOS
Reinstalled game twice
Deleted directX cache files and others.
Lowered settings in document folder
Deleted applications like razer synapse and others.
Launched diablo 4 without any other application active.

I have read so much on the forums, tryin to follow other peoples steps, and nothing has helped. I get crashed before i can create a hero or get to ingame settings screen.

I have witness more than 100+ crashes, now someone must pls help me out.

I am having the exactly same issue. Haven’t figured out how to solve it.
What are your system specs?
Curious if it could be hardware related maybe…

Do you have virtual memory enabled?

Google; virtual memory set up and do that if disabled. Make sure choose the option “let the system decide” and restart your computer.

Also there was a screen freeze issue in ow2 for some hardwares. Paste this code into launch options; -tank_WorkerThreadCount 2 -thread 2

Worth trying! Might work for diablo4 as well.

Yeah Virtual memory is enabled
I tried adding that but it still crashes around 30-60 seconds into the game.
The extra launch option didn’t help either :frowning:

I have also turned all graphics settings to minimum, which didn’t help either

Little update, turning on advenced logging seems to have made it stable?
I haven’t crashed in like 10 minutes and actually managed to complete some quests. Will update later.
