Cross-progression data missing

Hello!
Previously was playing Diablo IV on my Xbox, also bought there a lot of in-game currency etc.
Because of Xbox crush and long time maintenance decided to buy copy of Diablo IV in Steam because of cross-progression and play my characters there.
Bought needed copy, linked both Steam and Xbox accounts to the same BNet account.
But unfortunately there was no migration/Cross-save/progression data at all.
And now I can’t see my characters and in-game bought stuff neither on Steam, nor on Xbox.
It was already confirmed by BNet gamemasters, that accounts are linked correctly and it’s not an issue here.
Change password and relog on both platforms not helped.
