D4 purchased but not in library

Basically I got d4 and purchase had been completed about an hour ago. The purchase page, profile, and battlenet purchase button claim that the game is already in the library, but it isnt. Cannot download the game, or start it, and just got “visit diablo4com” button in my bn client. I did try to force it by downloading d4 installer but I get “you cant install this game yet”. Any ideas?
EDIT: I did restart and reinstall bnet as well

Nope. Still trying, but run out of ideas. Only thing i forgot to mention i tried as well was deleting blizzard folders in appdata. Such a shame, was really hoping to catch a few hours of game before going to sleep

That didnt work. Did it yesterday, tried it again using your step by step guide and did not work either. Changing servers did help though so lets see how that goes
EDIT: Downloaded it on US servers but still cant play it on EU. “You cant play that game yet”. Will stick to US server for now

exact same problem can play if i switch to US region but i cant play it on EU?

This tends to be caused by cached data in the App that’s not updating properly. You can get all that cleaned out by following the steps outlined here:

Did all of that when i couldnt even download the game to begin with, so doubt it will work. Will give it another go just in case though later

i have the same issue. i buy the game 3 june (+ 72 hour) but i can’t install even if i have the game in library

Any updates on that? Nothing seems to work. And as much as i like US diablo fans i would like to play with some friends in Europe too eventually…
FYI, i keep redoing the steps above just in case it works after an update or something

Will i be ever able to play on the EU server with my friends or not? This game is 60 quid… Its a little embarrassing.
