Happened twice in 30 minutes. I teleported out of a dungeon once, and from random spot once, black screen instead of loading screen. Then stuck on main menu, can’t start game. Restart D4 required.
teleporting back to town seems to always be a danger, theres like a 40% chance ill just get booted
