Similar to the linked ticket Sihek doesnt spawn when I get the quest.
DEEDS OF A CHAMPION i cant talk sihek he does not spawn and i haw do all quests
SOLUTION
If you have an Undercity Quest, that requires speaking to Sihek, active at the same time as the Sihek quest for Deeds of a Champion, he will will only spawn for one of the two. So, if you want him for completing the talk to Sihek quest from Deeds of a Champion, you need to complete the Undercity Quest first so the spawning doesn’t conflict. Then, speak to him about Deeds of a Champion.
Ive tried going out of then bacck into the city and leaving the game then coming back.
What should I do to fix this bug?

There is a momentary flash to where Im guessing he spawns then nothing, no tracker, no npc
