Frequent disconnects mid game no pattern, can be on quests, cinematics or another part of the game. Prism device removal detected. Error #0 please fix the issue. i have tested on my gaming pc and my new Alienware laptop.

My partner and I are both experiencing this issue too, and not at the same time. Completely random. Have updated EVERYTHING (drivers, windows, using manufacturer drivers for hardware, etc.). Tried even clearing Battle.net cache. Dialed back the video options in the game. Seems people from all over the world having this issue. Please fix, Blizzard!

Same problem here. D4 is not starting anymore after rebooting my laptop!
Yesterday it occurred once, today always. I cant even choose a char anymore…
Bought two days ago and already not playable anymore !!!

Ok fixed.
Problem: 2 graphic boards in my laptop (AMD & Nvidea) - my main is Nvidea.
Not I have the newest driver plus my second deactivated. Why? D4 is using the one not activated (in both cases). Now it works (for now at least 
)
