Diablo 4 crashes after riding out of town and encountering monsters

Ive experienced a huge crash wave from my side. Its everytime i tried to exit town while riding the lepard mount. Encountering a few goat monsters and it crashes. Just locks and it is forced to end task.
Down below you can find my Dxdiag information.
Dont mind the essence drainage thats happening due to the aspect of a amulet in current season.
I tried changing the “DisableChromaEffect” in that one text file and that didnt work for me. I run it in windows full screen. Crashes. I ran the check files on the launcher, still crashes after its done its thing. I changed to “windowed” mode, runs somewhat ok, stuttery still. DID not crash. Is there a GPU issue i need to handle? I updated my Nvidia drivers after first initial crash, thought it was due to the needed update. Still crashes.
Any hints as to why this is happening is more than welcome.

This is what i feels like atm, i have to run it in windows mode and its somewhat ok atm. But i like it borderless and fullscreen, which is whats it intended to run as. Did you try the change value on that one line in the txt file to see if that helps you?
