Diablo 4 lost connection with battle.net

Hello.

I have a problem playing Diablo IV. Every few minutes I get disconnected with the message “Battle net connection lost”. I wait a few minutes, enter again and I can play again for a few minutes then it disconnects me. It’s not a problem with the computer, because using mobile LTE internet the problem does not occur. Please check if my IP is not blocked. It’s a fixed IP 193.29.254.126. My ISP told me that it does not block any services related to battlenet
