Diablo 4 not launching due to AMD adrenalin drivers

Hello everyone, I reset my entire pc and reinstalled everything and diablo 4.

The game would launch in task manager but would not load the game up

I reinstalled & downgraded the AMD drivers to the April 2023 version and the game loaded up.

i will also post on AMD site as well.

Hope this helps others with same issue.

After updating my AMD drivers because WoW patch 10.1.5 said they were out of date, my Diablo IV stopped launching. WoW worked fine and the message disappeared. Diablo IV Launched in task manager, ran CPU to 100%, but did not launch into the game on screen. Stumbled across this post, downloaded the April 27, 23.4.2 version of AMD driver and Diablo came back. So kudos to the OP, you fixed the issue. Now I need to check all other Blizzard games for potential issues.

Thanks, this fixed my issue too. Brand new Omen 16 laptop with AMD gpu and it was very frustrating before rolling back the drivers.
