Well after the complete mess Blizzard made with Helltide Chests gaving Sorcs and Barbarians a higher chance of dropping Harlequin Crest (Shako) i really think Blizzard needs to add a Public Test Realm (PTR) for the community to test out new stuff before it goes out broken onto the live servers, at least this way the Blizzard QA team can get some feedback from the community especially from the top players who knows how builds fully work and understand what is broken. Something needs to be done because some of the community are furious with what happened the other day. There is clearly too much that needs to be tested and im not sure how big the QA team is over at Blizzard.
Blizzard needs to Add a PTR server, add any hotfixes/patches on a certain day of the week (lets say a Friday), then allow it to be tested and update issues when needed, then add to live server.
