Diablo 4 suggestions

Suggestions:

  • Make the stash infinite.
  • Add looking for group system.
  • Improve the chat system so you can actually communicate.
  • Add crafting.
  • Add more dyes to armor transmogs (pure white, abyssal black)
  • Add more uber boss challenges (like uber lillith)
  • Remove timers for world bosses and just have them up all the time (keep weekly lockout for loot)
  • Allow us to craft specific Nm sigils with specific affixes, tier levels and dungeons.
  • Reduce the cost for rerolling (enchanting) items
  • Allow us to see what stats we can reroll an item into (like in diablo 3)
  • Allow us to pause the game like in diablo 3 or add some sort of solo play session.
  • Add a search function for everything (aspects, nm sigils, legendary aspects)
  • Remove level scaling past world tier 2
  • Force only ancestral items to drop in WT 4 and to drop on the highest itempower at lvl 100.

Allow option to make combat UI (health, hotkeys etc.) “click-through” so that it does not affect mouse functioning. I do not need to be able to click them in combat.

Next tier arrives, it’s too hard, need gear and buffs

  • Make respawn points for when you die in dungeons closer. Having to walk half a map’s worth just to get back to where I died, or having to walk to and through a portal and THEN walk half the map is just annoying.
  • Make your mount always run.
  • Have an option that you can set to on or off to see items on the ground instead of time-based.

There is already an option to turn on or off items on the ground, but this only hides the text, not the items itself.

I personally like to always see what dropped so I set the option to toggle on/off with a keybind, that way I can turn it off whenever I want to.

Eliminate backtracking - Add a portal to dungeon pickups/objectives so we can teleport back to the drop off point
Reduce repair costs for uber fight
Fix mount collision detection
Change junk to Save Item so we can sell/scrap everything except the marked items

Correct me if I’m wrong, but blizzard mentioned in a devstream that they will be implementing a feature to save items rather then mark it as junk. Not sure when this was going to be added, but I’m guessing season 3 :joy:

Add crafting/refining option for rare crafting materials.
Or have the option to break higher tier crafting materials to lower-tier ones.

There is 2 things to keep in mind when extracting powers from legendaries.

  1. The first thing to think about is the minimum-maximum roll on the legendary. If the legendary power can roll from 120-200% and your item says 120% on it, that means you got unlucky and got the lowest roll. When you extract that legendary power at 120% and imprint it on your weapon the itemlvl doesn’t matter, only the roll of the legendary power (120% in this case)

  2. When imprinting a legendary power onto another item there are some item slots that gives a higher value, which is 2 handed weapon (100% power), amulet (50% power) and everything else is 0% added power. This means if you had a 120% roll out of (120-200%) and imprinted that legendary power onto a 2 handed weapon you would get a higher roll because of the added 100% power. It would be something like 210% instead of 120%.

In my opinion the codex of power and the legendary extract/imprint system is really good for when you are leveling your character and allows you to get a lot of power very early on, but after lvl 50 when you start going into the end game the system falls apart and should be completely scrapped and redesigned.

I have several suggestions that could help enrich the Diablo IV player experience and incentivize greater engagement. First, incorporating a “horde mode” would allow groups of players to team up and face increasingly difficult waves of enemies, with rewards scaling based on performance.

Expanding crafting options and adding more diversity to the crafting system could give players more freedom to customize gear in meaningful ways. Bringing back inventory charms could also provide additional options for character personalization.

Unique quests that randomly appear and are accessible only to a specific character for a limited time could help personalize each hero’s journey. Accompanying such quests with class-specific stat boosts or gear would further incentivize their completion.

Similarly, allowing each player to customize their own personalized hideout would give them a sense of ownership over their character’s progression. Enlarging the PvP area and tying exclusive high-value rewards to participation could entice more players to engage in competitive gameplay. Specific rare drops only found in PvP zones could further encourage activity in these areas.

Expanding gear slots like belts and shoulder armor would add to build diversity and character progression. Additionally, hiring mercenaries to assist heroes could provide a new supportive element.

In summary, relatively simple additions and tweaks like these could help enhance Diablo IV’s depth, replayability and sense of player investment over the long term by offering greater customization, personalization and rewards for engagement across different gameplay modes.

* I have a suggestion for Diablo 4: please change the visualizations/annimations of the skills of a class by level 1 low visual effect level 5 high effect. In addition change visuals when a skill addition is taken. In diablo 3 it was very well established. In diablo 4 the endgame character would look and feel much better when animations of the skills would feedback the level

Suggestion: Make the training dummy have the option to lvl change higher than 100.

Suggestion : Microsoft sack the lot. All of the dev team.
Bin timed Gated content period of all types.

I cleared AOZ T1-T3, so I have T1-T4 in order. A friend wanted to test a T8 with me in the group. We cleared it and it unlocked T9 for me to be able to craft. We went back and cleared T5-T8, but the T9 is in the middle and anyone who may have OCD might hate this. Can it organize them from T1-T25, no matter when you acquire them?

I can’t get ubers I want to drop. I know this is common. Can we get new recipes at the alchemist? Only need to add the ones everyone wants like Harlequin Crest and Grandfather: I have 4 Melted Heart of Selig and 2 Andariel’s Visage. I think if I run another 400 Duriel I’ll have 8 Melted … I’m getting discouraged.
Harlequin Crest recipe: 1 Andariel’s, 10 Goodslayer, 100,000 gold, a level 21 glyph…
Grandfather recipe: 2 Melted Heart, 2 Butchers Cleaver, 20 Royal Rubies, 100,000 gold, a level 21 glyph…
