Hi, I have a corsair keyboard with icue software installed.
Playing diablo IV automatically launches a gorgeous red keyboard outline with some uncolored keys, highlighting the Q or space bar.
Unfortunately, every time there is a level change, the keyboard disconnects from USB and I have to manually reconnect it by detaching and reattaching it.
If I play with the profile disabled, the problem doesn’t happen.
Have any of you had a similar experience and have any suggestions for solving it?

I had the same Problem with disconnected USB devices . Funny thing was that the problems only occurs if i had Discord and Diablo running. Totally annoying . Finally what fixed my problem was an Bios update of my motherboard. I have a Gigabyte X570 Aorus mAster , maybe this helps some people.
I have an old AsRock h170 … there is no BIOS update
