Diablo IV not showing in PC library after linking PSN

Good afternoon,

I currently own Diablo IV with the expansion on PlayStation 5. I would like to play it on PC as well. Is there any way to transfer the game license from PS5 to PC, or to return it on PlayStation and activate it on my Battle.net account instead?

I have already linked my PlayStation Network account to Battle.net, but Diablo IV does not appear in my PC library.
