Disconnected from the ingame chat error code 3006, ridiculous lag spikes, trace route request timed out

I intermittently experience lag spikes up to 3000+ ms, and sometimes I even get disconnected from the ingame chat. After writing in chat, I get a “request timed out (Code 3006)” error, and a small notification bar in the upper left corner saying “Reconnecting to Diablo IV”. Kinda funny when it’s saying that, when I’m still connected and can run around and do stuff if my ping is staying stable for the moment.
Want some help interpreting my my traceroute and pathping results.

So the tracert doesn’t seem to leave my ISPs IP before getting timed out requests. The pathping is only showing my ISPs IP, which the help article says means it failed and to disable router firewall, but my Cat6 cable is plugged straight into the fiber box, so there’s no router causing problems.
I’m assuming this means it’s something my ISP needs to take a look at?

I have the same isp and the same problem, one of the servers we get connected to is really bad for us. It’s like a gamble every time you teleport to a zone or a dungeon if you get the bad one you probably disconnect during the load or get 2000+ latency in the area and can’t play at all.

It’s not all the time like I said in another post but often enough to be a really frustrating problem. For example if you pop a NMD key and you teleport to the dungeon, it’s a complete gamble if you’ll end up on a good or bad server. If it’s a bad server you’re going to disconnect most likely and that key is gone(?) sometimes you get to the dungeon and lag out either way. Most of the time it’s fine though ie you get on a “good” server.

Thanks for telling me man! I’ve been in contact with Bredband2 and told them there seems to be an issue getting our traffic directed to the Diablo server. They would be in touch if they found anything.

Today it’s been quite good I think I’ve been connected to US servers for 6-7 hours(150+ latency). That’s fine. I’ll take that any day over disconnects/2000+ latency.

I’ll keep checking more closely as it gets later in the evening and I possibly end up on EU servers to see exactly where that troublesome server is located. I should have done that yesterday but forgot all about it.
