I always get disconnected when travelling with town portal ,waypoints or exiting dungeons
Is it a system problem or a internet provider issue?

Hey Hbk, if you’re being disconnected or crashing out of the game when travelling by town portal and waypoints, that can be caused by having the game installed on a mechanical (HDD) drive. As those process loading for the game’s data too slowly, reinstalling the game on an SSD drive can help with that.
If your game is already installed on an SSD drive you can do the steps here. After that should the issues continue you can report this by ticket with your system’s report files.
In the settings for Diablo 4 try disabling the NVidia reflex option. It has made the game playable for me. Still get the ocasional disconect but mainly only atempting to TP to Kyovashad.
