Dust Devils Aspect

I’m currently using Mace with 11 out of 11 Dust devils aspect.

I can’t upgrade the aspect any higher. It is maxed. But it is only whirl wind leaves behind dust devils 9624.

I’ve seen other Barbs with same aspect on same two handed mace at 11k .
Is my aspect bugged or is there something that I am missing?

Any help would be appreciated.

the aspect is multiplied with the use of different weapons or jewellery. I cant remember the exact amount but i do remember one was 100% more and the other 50% more. try moving the aspect to different items and watch the figure. pretty sure google will help with the sums.
