We are currently forced to use Discord channels because the trade channel is inactive/ not working. To improve this, please make the trade channel global across all layers, allowing users to list items there. While the Auction House (AH) is a touchy subject, it already exists in some form outside the game. I would like to see an in-game listing feature or at least a functional trade channel.
i warned about rmt on discord before game launch… this was so expected… and maybe blizzard also profits more from it then we might think… so yeh… for me trade would b like in d3… wasnt perfect and prolly bots could still sell some services but it was alot better then we got here atm… just my opinion anyways… i personaly dont need to trade and i deslike buying gear… kills the sense of farming / killing monsters… and actualy play the game to get good! but yeh whatever 
most the time im now playing with chat off cause that gold selling spamm just getting tedious… i blocked over 100 diferent names so far and they keep comming xD
Dont block, that helps nobody but yourself for a short term. Straight up report them for cheating, not for chat abusing, directly report them cheating. And explain that these are hackers / cheaters / botters / scammers / advertising gold & item sell and traiding on a scammer websites.

Like we need to explain anything… this crap as been going for ages, bit after activision toke over blizzard, back in the WoW golden era… if they dont do anything about it since then i dont think they will now… in fact i start to belive they are prolly the ones running all this shady sites… 
I blocked over 200 accounts and reported a bunch of them, and its funny when you report them as spamm you directly get message from blizzard saying they toke action on the account xD… aight… and if you report again and again you keep getting the insta message xD…

Yes but if you report those spambots just for the chat abuse, they only get muted. What good is that? they get muted for what, 24 hours? 48 hours? then they continue.
If reported as cheaters and botters properly, they get permanently banned and wont return with the same account again.
if they fix loot to b like in d3 we wouldnt even see them come back at all, or much less at least, since you couldnt trade gold in d3, and items only if they droped while you in the same party…
But yeh i did report most as bot cheat because i was getting tired of getting spammed by blizzard auto message system saying they toke action xD when i report them as chat spamm.
i remember when trade chat was in their discord and it was just full of con artists buying new players gear VERY low price and selling for a crazy amount… it happened to me a couple times so i stopped selling Anything to theses greedy ppl… i list something all i got was 50-100mil offers on stuff they sell for billions or irl money! i’d rather scrap it than deal with theses kind of people… they keep posting there discord alongside there selling gold/items. they should just get there staff into the discord server and do something about it
