The elemental surge temper doesn’t do any of the elemental damage it’s supposed to. Using the poison one on rogue and it does absolutely no damage, it’s doesn’t even proc. Anyone else tried it out? I know on ptr it was super strong so they nerfed it, but now it’s not even doing anything
