I crafted and opened a mythic unique cache and it was emty . Please solve this issue . Thanks in advance .
Subject: Mythical cache opened empty on Seasonal Hardcore, requesting restoration
Hi,
I’d like to report a likely bug with mythical caches on Seasonal Hardcore and ask whether the lost resources can be restored.
What happened:
• Created a new Seasonal HC character
• Played to the point of crafting a mythical cache at the smith, using 2 mythical sparks and 50m gold
• The cache was created successfully
• Opening the cache produced no item and no visible reward
Troubleshooting I already tried:
• Teleported to another city (suggested in a community post)
• Logged out and back in
Neither resolved the issue.
I later saw a community post suggesting HC characters cannot receive the Shroud of False Death and that nothing drops in its place on Hardcore. If that’s the case, it appears the cache silently consumed the resources without producing any reward.
Would it be possible to restore the 2 mythical sparks and 50m gold? I fully accept the risks of Hardcore, but losing valuable resources to what looks like a missing drop check is different from losing a character in combat. If this is intended behavior, it would also be very helpful to flag the limitation in the crafting UI so other HC players don’t run into the same outcome.

same happened to me, crafted 2 mythic caches, opened one in temis, the other one where the dummy is. both just disappeared when i opened them. pretty annoying to lose 100m and 4 sparks 
Same happened with me just now, Torment 6 difficulty in Temis, crafted a Mythic Unique Cache from the Blacksmith, opened it right away in Temis, and it contained nothing. I tried logging out and back in, and nothing appeared in my chest either. Just lost my first 2 sparks for nothing that I hardly got
