Ensembles still bugged

Sometimes saving an outfit to an ensemble saves only the recently changed item and leaves all over slots blank, then afterwards that ensemble slot is forever bugged and unusable.
Like if I got a new weapon of a different type, then changed to wardrobe look on that and then saved, the ensamble would only contain that items entry and nothing else and the Load and Overwrite buttons are greyed out forever.

Just rejoined after a brief hiatus - same thing happens on any of my ensamble slots for my new Barbarian, as well as for my previous characters (sacrificed 1 slot on my Spiritborn to test this out).

For me only the store / season items get saved, the rest of the regular item transmogs saves as blank slots.

I hope lightning strikes somewhere and the team actually get to fix some of this games problems soon…

i have a different bug. My sorceress’ 5th ensemble permanently saved several item slots as some random items that I have never used. Now whenever I load or try to use that ensemble slot I end up wearing several random items that I never intended to put on. Trying to overwrite or ‘redo’ that ensemble slot doesn’t fix the issue.

Same issue here. Especially great if you consider this games monetization. No reason for me to pay for cosmetics if I can’t dress up my Barbie. Glad I get to spend money on other franchises instead :slight_smile:

Lovely to see a patch today, sad there was nothing about this issue in it.

Same issue. My ensemble slot 4 is completely screwed and as mentioned only the store / season items get saved, the rest of the regular item transmogs saves as blank slots. Perhaps a simple “reset to default button” would maybe fix the problem.

EDIT: Ok it’s worse than I thought. I’ve created a new character and it only lets me save seasonal and store items. In slot 2 I’ve tried to save transmogged cosmetics only and the save button is grayed out. If this isn’t fixed until new season that basically makes it pointless for me to play this game as I usually mix transmoged items with items from the season and the store and it was an important feature for me.

It’s also worth mentioning that it doesn’t work on pc as well as Xbox.

I have reported it as a bug. Not sure if you did as well but please like it/bookmark to help to give it some traction.

I do hope this gets some tractions. There are way too many bugs and things in this game that never gets fixed and every time they add anything, new bugs arise.

Just adding another voice and keeping the topic from expiring. My Ensemble tab right now appears to be saving original item appearances only. If I set appearance and pigment options, choose Ensembles, and choose Save, the preview will show all items in their “Default Look” and “Natural Color” options. If I then click Load, it will overwrite the items I just saved with the default appearances show in the Preview… so it isn’t a display bug, it’s actually saving the Ensemble without any appearance options set.
