So I am disconnected after waiting for 30 minutes to get in and playing 15 minutes.
Have to go through an HOUR QUEUE and then I get hit with this.
‘The lobby server is not currently available. Please double check your version. (Code 397000)’
This is genuinely awful.
New queue is 2 hours. Did you forget how many people live in Europe again?
It’s pretty sad, after the first weekend they could at least started a couple of new servers but it seems they want to use the minimal possible to save money.

+1, same here 3/25 morning at 10:15am EDT. Battle.net did a small (kb) update this morning to the game now I get this error code 397000.
After the small update this morning around 8am (MT) on 3/25/2023, I cannot log in to the game at all. Goes through some queueing and eventually get the code 397000 “The lobby server is currently not available. Please double check your version.”
I will keep trying.
Same… Was simply trying to change characters, booted me and now I am getting this same error constantly with a <1 min queue time

Same here, small update in launcher now stuck in infinite loop of 1 minute queue then server error.
Also states version may not match server 0.8.1.39858. Anyone else with a working client on a different version?
After installing a small patch around 10h EST, can’t login, and I get the error 397000.
Are we having clients with a version incompatible with the server version now?
Same loop… then server error, then it dumps me out of the game. Doesn’t seem to be any updates, and I’ve scanned my files.

Same issue here. I was playing with rogue, got back to the lobby, created a Necro but could not join the game. Then I closed the game and now I’m stuck in the 1m queue loop. Tried to patch the game but it didn’t solved the issue.
Having the same issue… small patch and now can’t log in with error Code 397000. Was hoping to level up my necromancer so I could participate in the boss battle at 10am pdt since it only spawns a handful of times. 
Same error code. 397000. Not what I was expecting today.
