So i originally bought the D4 game on Steam and had issues that i couldn’t whisper anyone outside the friend list so i spent 100EUR and re purchased game and expansion on Battle.net and after installing fresh game through Battle.net i still can’t whisper anyone out side my friend list which makes trading almost impossible! this been happening since first day i bought the game in Season 4!! I have checked all settings and i should be able to whisper with everybody i tried all the solutions and nothing works?? HELP???
