Game freezes on loading page and Error code : 300001.
The game closes when i try to reconnect to the game

Yeah same here, I don’t know what to do. I keep logging in, but then the message comes: “The player has been disconnected. Please reconnect. (Code 300001)”
What the f is wrong with this, seriously. The problem is probably not even on my side…

I have the same problem.
When I start the game, the start game screen appears but my character does not appear. After a few minutes my character appears and I get the error “Please reconnect (Code 300001)”.
I click on accept and I can play but it appears all the time in the top left of my screen some red letters that says reconnecting. When this happens to me it doesn’t allow me in options, it only allows me to open the graphics and audio tab. The other options appear deactivated (game options, controls).

a new problem Blank Character Select Screen and Reconnecting to Diablo 4 Issue
I have same probleme but sometimes it’s work …
I created a druid in unconditional mode and it works perfectly. But with the first character which is a nicromancer that I have in the entire realm I get that error.
If I enter the character selection screen with the druid selected everything is ok but when I click on the nicromancer it crashes and I get the error 3000001.
What characters do you have?

I have the same issue. This has been a consistent problem since launch. I did not experience this during any of the betas. I have tried every troubleshoot suggested, including un/reinstall, the ip refresh that blizzard continues to say is the fix-all, tried different browsers, and adjusting every setting offered; both in game and on my pc.
I have fantastic internet, keep a clean computer, and everything is updated.
I highly doubt this is the users’ problem. Come on ActivisionBlizzard/Microsoft, we just want to enjoy the game your company has spent so many hours/money on. Please put some major attention on this, from what i can tell is a common/wide spread, problem
Did anyone have a solution for this? I just bought the game and am having the same issues
