Hi! Every time I try to logon to the PTR I’m getting the error "Unable to find a valid license fpr Diablo IV. (Code 315306). I have no problem logging to the live servers , only the PTR. What can I do???

Because it is not yet open. AFAIK it starts at 1000PDT = 1900 CEST

hello, i have a similar issue. i played PTR aprox 30 mins. than i preordered vessel of hatred PC via battle.net app and after that time, i have a same valid licence error…blizzard service is just terrible…requested for refund dlc for pc and seriously thinging about refund ultimate vessel of hatred on ps5
