I have an issue with loggin in on PS5. I get the error code 315310 when trying to login using my account. If I use my wifes, there’s no issues. We’ve previously been playing D4 on the PS5. Now, after wanting to play again after approx. a year, I get this error message. We’ve just purchased the pre-order of the new expansion on both accounts. I’ve also tried to login to the game on her account and then connect my controller afterwards, since her account is the only with with PS+. This still results in the same error message. Please help.
