I cant be able to enter the store and cant buy the battlepass, i been looking for days and found nothing on internet who can help me with this problem?
I tried using another accounts, disabling the crossplay, restarting the router and the console, re instaling the game and nothing, blizzard plz.
hello i found a solution on pc, i went in the settings of my Ethernet adapter and on tcp4 settings that you can change ip i configured my network adapter to manual dns and added cloudflare’s dns 1.1.1.1 and as alternate 1.0.0.1. it solved all shop problems, i don’t own a console so i don’t know what happens there…
EDIT: i restarted my pc and i had the problem again. repeating the process solved it!!!
