Hello there! I just got stuck in this “limbo” for hours now. I disconnected from a server together with a friend. We had to Alt-F4 the game and now we both are stuck with Error code 395002 when starting up Diablo IV**. I waited for 5 minutes, waited for an hour, nothing. Can you please help? I cannot start the game at all as when booting up the game the first thing after “logging in” is this error so I couldn’t even switch to another character. The whole game is unplayable..**
Bump. I’m spamming at this point but really this is a huge issue. It’s third day where I’m locked in from the game for 5+hours.
If some GM/CM reads this - as for my example it happened in my case only during Helltides, but that might just have been a “fluke”
We both did just teleport into the Helltide, too. Made 5 steps - dc. And both still logged out since the morning.
8 hours in unable to log in. Just another bump.
