Customer support, can we please get an update on the status of our accounts and if this is being looked into??

This happened to me today (5/1/26) on PS5 at 7am.. the game froze and I was forced to close the app. I was locked out for several hours! Finally got back in around 3pm, did a dungeon, game froze again with literally no way to exit except closing the app. Tried to log back in same 395002 error code. Itās now 5:30pmā¦. I took this day off to play and havenāt been on for more than 10 minutes all day. Please help!!
Same problem for me, iāve been locked out for about 2 hours now.
Edit: another 4 hours later, still locked out because of 395002 
Itās hard calling this a troubleshooting, but since I had this problem 3 times already I carefully analyzed the reasons why it happens and how you might be able to avoid this untill this is actually fixed by blizz.
For most people here and on US forums this happens when you play helltides so DONT PLAY HELLTIDES. I didnāt get DC entire weekend because I didnāt play a single helltide.
The other situation occurs when you do other content in a party. Feels like this has something to do with other people around.
Another sign is that this happens at least twice a day - once in the morning (I see people replying to this error at one given time, then it is silent for half a day), and other time in the evening close to 7p.m. CET.
All that being said - itās 100% speculation - do with it what you will
