Error Code 395002

Had to close d4 over the task manager because of a crash in d4. Cant log back in since about 2 hours. Anyone got a working solution . Seems like an old Error thats stil happening.

Same. Getting close to 45mins where I can’t log in

My friend showed me a screenshow of my profile where my current character and status is described as follows:

“Postać sezonowa - !!Missing!! - Bnet_Social:RichPresence_Exp1_WT9”

My character fell into the void “Then came a spear of light, piercing the heart of Hatred” but I guess it hit the wrong chacter…

Is there any way to contact Blizz directly anywhere? I’m looking everywhere and it just posts useless support articles

Im at over 4 hours.. and I think theres no way of contacting them directly.. sadly

I did manage to submit a proper ticket (it requires quite a bit of searching) but I doubt I’m going to receive any response before we can finally log back in. US is sleeping rn so I’m not expecting anyone to fix this right away… sadly…

I also saw similar topic on US forums so we are not isolated.

Help please, been stuck like 1,5h from now, ive been kicked when i teleported and cant log in, Error Code 395002

Was doing Infernal Hordes with LFR, our game froze i mean for everybody in party… we couldnt do anything not even Esc button was working so i decided to alt + f4 and after i started game again im getting error 395002 “ Your character has not finished being saved by their current game, or your account is otherwise busy. Please wait few minutes so we can safetly log your account out, and try again” im not even going into main screen its after loging screen and queue… its been like this for over 4-5 hours now… name of character is RudegoNIEMA druid level 70 Lord of hatred expansion… i tried to log out from battlenet / diffrent PC / restarting router / restarting PC / waiting for over 40min and nothing fix this i think its server problem like a restart is needed or something my character/account is stuck in limbo please try to fix it …

Please add me to this list, it’s going in 30 min with the same error, logged out, restarted PS5, no luck.

Managed to play literally 3 minutes today before encountering lag/DC and can’t log int now due to this error.

Yesterday before going to sleep also encountered the same problem.

They said on discord that it is resolved why it isn’t… It’s gotten even worse somehow

I’m just gonna bump this yet again. This is another day with this problem persisting. I can see people on US forums having same issues.

Reports of this have dropped significantly and looking at the most recent reports it looks like everyone has eventually been able to get back on again since, which is great!

Just to clarify it is normal to see this error for a short time following a sudden disconnect or crash and is necessary to make sure data isn’t lost. It shouldn’t last for more than 5-10 minutes or so though, and please do let us know here if you continue to see this for several consecutive hours (including when it first started and how long it has persisted).

For those that are seeing it repeatedly but are able to play in between crashes or disconnects, I can totally understand it’s frustrating - but again would be expected, and the real solution would be to address the root cause of the crash/DC, more info to help with that here: Diablo IV Technical Troubleshooting.

It happened several times now and as I’m writing this, I’ve gotten another crash/DC with this error. Each DC causes me to be unable to log in for at least 6 hours.

To be precise I’ve gotten DC early in the morning (8-9 a.m. CET) every time during Helltides for three consecutive days now and also like 2 times (including right now) during evenings. Yesterday I was able to play smoothly after the first 8 hour period where I couldn’t log in. I suspect I’m not going to be able to log in for around 6-8 hours again.

As for my Internet connection/PC requirements etc. the game runs perfectly. the “DC” I’m referring to appears as losing connection without actually being kicked out of the game - just permanent lag where the only thing I can do is to exit game or alt f4. I even tried to wait for 10 mins to see if anything moves, or when that Helltide ends but nothing really happens.

Also having this issue, during a helltide the game acted as i had an internet drop (could move but not use abilities, mobs not moving etc) had to alt f4 to get the game to close around 19:15-19:30 GMT, still unable to log in with same error message almost 2 hours later

Exact same thing for me… it’s been 3 hours, removed bnet folder, check install, reset DNS cache…
It’s not possible to send a ticket anywhere, you can only find help “with the community or other social gaming networks”… I mean the issue is there from the release of the game (2023) it seems…
Edit : Oh and my other posts on other threads have been removed, nice, doesn’t remove the issue tho…
