I get incompatible GPU error after updating the game to version 1.0.3.42936
Before that update I have not had any problems playing the game. What is this error due to?
I meet all the minimum requirements of the game including the GPU, I don’t understand why I get that error.
I have an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
the shame whit my case but i have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 4 GB and upgrade the drivers at last version and continue the issue.
the only way to run diablo are disable the integrated gpu but you have problems to play whithout the aceleration of integrated gpu, need a solution please.
It seems to me enormously disrespectful that, after looking at the compatibility of a game and meeting the initial requirements, I bought that game and weeks later, and for a patch, I got an incompatible GPU error and I can no longer enjoy it. a product that initially did meet the minimum requirements.
It’s a shame we haven’t heard of this bug or another patch to fix it.
I hope that the discomfort is understood and that a solution is found, otherwise, this will be the last penny that I will give to this company.
This situation is not logical… it seems that they are laughing in the face of the players.
What do we have to do now? throw away that invested money? wait several days for it to be fixed?

I have an MSI laptop with a 1070 GTX GPU and after the patch when I try to access it I get error "[PRISM] Remove device code#1.
I have updated the drivers and checked that the integrated graphics is not catching me but the problem persists.
It is a pity that they do not give a solution when it was possible to play a few days ago.
We have seen other players say, that Diablo IV is choosing the Intel iGPU in Settings. If you can open the game, open the settings and under Graphics choose your Nvidia GPU as your Graphics adapter.
i do that but the game ignore the order y chose in the windows options and in the graphic card options but alwais take intel integrated gpu and only run the game if disable the integrated gpu, the problem are without the integrated gpu running i cant play the game, the image are slowly and low fps.

I have been seeing this since beta I don’t get far enough to select anything in game as it fails at launch.
The fenris logs show only my igpu and nothing about the gtx1060 that everything else runs on.
