Seems its been noted before but fact remains that Esu’s heirloom legendary special effect doesn’t work on its own effect.
This Legndary has two effects:
- Evade grants +% to movement speed ( I currently have one that +70% for 3 seconds)
- Your Critical Strike Chance is increased by [20-30%] of your Movement Speed
So when you evade you gain a movement speed increase, this should mean that your crit chance increases.
for example my current Movement speed is 118.9% , when i evade this goes to 188.9%
the bonus for my crit on my Esu’s is 29% . 29% of 70 is 29.
however, my crit chance does not change . in fact the boots also have movement speed on them and removing or wearing the books makes no change to your crit chance.
just curious why after so many months this bug has existed since release its never been fixed
