Sorry friend,

Looks like your PC is faulty or misconfigured. However, it’s hard to help you without any details of your machine and errors you are getting, and you provided none.

I have an analogous problem: d4 has run out of memory.
This appeared a week after the release, June 13.
Many people wrote that there was this problem with memory leaks on the beta, apparently it appeared again.
My system: i7 9700
RTX 2070 super
32 Gb

no its not faulty, I’ve been playing fine from early release. I’ve done various tests and nothing it coming up. just also complete an sfc with no problems.

AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
Radeon 6750 XT MECH 2X OC 12GB GDDR6

Sorry but you just said in your initial post:
“’I’ve been hit with fatal errors few mins or hours between them, I have no idea what to do or what’s going on to cause them. Bad memory leak and something about bad memory read.”

So you have fatal memory errors or not? You have to decide.
What errors are they?
What app has generated these errors?
Does PC crash? Reboot? Shutdown? Freeze?
Does Diablo IV game crash?
What Windows Event Viewer say about hardware errors?
Does your computer pass Memtest86+ or Windows memory tester?

The errors you’re getting might be due to Graphics Driver corruption.I’d first ask you to remove your driver with a program called Display Driver Uninstaller, also known as DDU, and then reinstall your driver.

Before running the program, please redownload the current AMD driver from their website.

After having downloaded both, please run the DDU and follow its instructions. After successful driver removal, please restart your PC and then install the recently downloaded new driver.

Blizzard, i truly believe you are sloping shoulders onto the players of this game rather than admitting to your own faulty game.
How about you take the game down for a day, fix the bugs that many people are experiencing, polish this game off to make it what it should be then people can enjoy it.
It seems you have earned your £660m in game sales and had a massive office party whilst forgetting you have a game to run.

Please fix this!

It seems that all you like to do is put everyone’s build on blast as I have seen most of your replies on various posts. I have not had any problems with other games but this one takes the whole biscuit, I think you need to take a step back and stop defending blizzard as there are issues with the game.

That’s awesome, your PC is so great, there isn’t even 1 in a hundred million chance it’s actually your PC causing any faults. :laughing:Blizz fault! You even ignored Customer Support representative’s reply, not mentioning plenty of other posts. If you prefer to resolve the problem yourself, be my guest! Good luck, we will continue to play unhindered while you do it :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

If you change your mind, don’t bother replying without details you’ve been kindly asked to provide. For example, I requested:

Without this information, I doubt you will get any valuable help from anyone.

I have the same problem of memory leak I have a 5700 radeon pulse and it also passes my 8 of vram and my pc freezes, I have done everything memtest monitor temperatures, delete and clean drivers reinstall them, the game eats almost 10 of vram in The media is crazy and it completely freezes the PC, it doesn’t happen with other games, I opened support tickets and everything and they are supposedly working on it, but denying the evidence and blaming other people’s PCs seems unfair to me.
