I’ve been playing the ARPG’S ever since D2 released and have always loved the druid archetype. With D4 consistently going in a positive direction and the healthy competition of Last Epoch & PoE which both also have shapeshifting (atleast PoE 2 will too) one very small feature I think would be awesome which would differentiate D4 from the other two in terms of the Druid identity would be free shapeshift cosmetics/customization. Rather than having to look at the base werebear/wolf model, I think being able to customize armor sets to fit the shapeshift rigs as well would be incredibly cool and fulfill an aesthetic niche I think is also lacking in the ARPG space.
