Female voice talking all the time

When I started the game a female voice started to talk.
EVERYTHING that happened she spoke about.
Town, when I teleported, when I hover the cursor over a, or many monsters.
She constantly talks, and talks and talks.
Game is unplayable.

EDIT: This happened after I got a gray screen starting the game. ‘This page does not respond’ so I had to terminate the process and start a new game.
The voice already starts at log in, before the game even starts.

Hello. Just switch the voice off. In game ESC - Options - Accessibility and uncheck the first option “Use screen reader”
