Updated to the latest patch and now when the game loads it goes to a grey screen then crashes to a fenris error 8CC19439-16D7-4147-BA3A-3D737F6D5648. I have tried the chroma fix but it didnt work for me
Same problem here, no issues at all previously.
Downloaded the D4 patch today, and now it’s impossible to get into the game. The instant it starts connecting to the server it crashes with Fenris every single time.
Have the same. Was working initially and then crashed in a dungeon, and now crashes when starting the game and when it transitions to the character select screen.
Frame Gen of course was off for everyone by default, but I read from blue somewhere that they need to turn it on server side (which they were going to do this evening) in order for it to be re-enabled post update. I DID have Frame Gen on before they disabled everything, so I wonder if they turned it back on and now it’s really not playing nice.
Who knows.
Anyway, been going on for about 30 mins for me. Tried the usual stuff (Reboots/Verify files etc) and no dice.

Same here! Was fine before work. I was able to log on for <5 minutes and play, but then got the dreaded Fenris error. Now I can’t even get passed the boot up and log in screen before crashing.
There are a few error codes in the Fenris logs…
