Fenris error anyone know how to fix it … the game crash in every 10 min .This starrt happend after update few days ago . Pls Help!

I have the same issue, it crashes every few mins, I usually play only 1-2 hours a day and basically the game is unplayable at the moment. I had a crash while fighting Lilith for like 30 mins and she was almost dead… I’ve just turned off the pc and almost threw it away… But its not the PC fault but the game sadly… Everything is upto date, I’ve tried optimizing it from GeForce Exp , all settings are restored to default but no improvements.
I would even like to refund the game (if somehow possible) as its unplayable and is basically not working, shitty product.

Fenris Error is just the crash reporter for Diablo IV, which means that Diablo IV crashed. So any Fenris error can be different from other players Fenris errors.
Best go through the steps in our support article on crashes.
