Does anyone else have problems with the fiery surge talent? It does not seem to work. After killing a burning enemy, the Manaregen Stat does not change.

Yep it doesn’t work for some reason, I checked the mana regeneration section and it does not go up or down at all.
Probably a bug.
@Blizzard plz fix that !
