When I got to the room to kill the guy for the first objective, I was blocked by the mist wall and when I clicked it, it said that I can’t join right now. Any1 got the same problem, don’t know what to do because I tried to reset the dungeon but still the same.

I had the same problem.
Returned 3 different times to that dungeon - nothing.
After finishing the campaign and moving to WT3 I returned once more and it was clear! Completed the dungeon afterwards without any issues.
Have you finished the campaign? Do you have WT3? Maybe it’s an intentional block?
Even if it is, it could be somehow better managed… Like Kor Valar Ramparts are not even visible until you finish the campaign.
I’m in world tier 4, ill try to change the world tier and see if something changes.
