So, Aspect from item that buffs passive “force of nature” do not proc and don’t reduce any cd of the skills when using earth/storm skills.
There is information that it suppose reduce cd of all skills by 5s that are not “special” and do not work at all on any skills. So i just stopped using that.
But still it will be important to share and report this bug/information with everybody and wait to be repaired.
Last time i played trampleslide build (2-3 days ago) that uses that legendary and the key passive they were working just fine (when they proced). Just a note, it is not supposed to reduce the cd of ALL skills but only the opposite of the skill type you used and proced the passive.
I found this item in eng version and there is issue in translation.
ENG:
When the Nature’s Fury Key Passive triggers a free Skill, your non Ultimate Cooldowns of the opposite type are reduced by [4-8] seconds.
But in my language (Polish) there is:
When Nature’s Wrath passive activates a free ability, the cooldowns of your non-ultimate abilities are reduced by (4-8s)
So this issue is already solved, but as i know, Sorc have similiar problem with item translation.
